Five stars for the welcome by the hostess.She took the time to show me the milk frother and make the comparisons with kindness and professionalism.Then she invited me to the tasting counter where a colleague was preparing lattes with a customer. The latter suggested that we join him, which was done. With my purchase of a milk frother already in my pocket, I was about to enjoy it.Surprise! La boutique où j'ai acheté ma cafetière et où je vais habituellement chercher mes doses.Le vendeur que j'ai rencontré hier m'a cependant proposé de nombreuses "offres", et a insisté de manière assez agressive - bien que j'ai explicitement indiqué qu'elles ne m'intéressaient pas. J'avais vraiment l'impression qu'il souhaitait faire de l'argent.Le vendeur n'a également pas répondu lorsque je lui ai souhaité une bonne journée en partant - ce que j'ai trouvé assez puéril.
The welcome was friendly ,warm and professional. The store is well designed and functional, clean .The staff is helpful and interested in helping me choose a coffee.Thank-you will be returning.
