“This is one cute place we discovered after taking the Furnicular to come down here (priced 5 CAD each way per person) and walk on the little streets of the old town packed with restaurants, shops, ice cream places etc and lots of tourists on the warm September day we were here.This place is very clean cut and has lots of items: chocolates, sweets etc although we settled on the ice cream and shakes.Unfortunately my straw, made of paper, started disintegrating very fast and although there was no one else in the shop, the girl doing the shakes managed to use a complete different ice cream than what we have ordered: I was watching her as she was doing it thinking it was for somebody else and when she passed it onto us I realised it was not the bubble gum shake we ordered - how difficult is to remember something?Even so, annoyed that my straw was disintegrating, and 'fighting' it to address the issue, I managed to drop my shake on the street - who said that things are not connected?Why the 5 stars? Because everything was great, however short I enjoyed it, although clearly the staff in the shop does not have a high IQ: but hey, we learn from our mistakes, right?“
“So, today we decided to head out to the mall. This place let me tell you, it's big, and clean. The food court is big but besides that it has this little food stands in the middle of the mall. But the best part is... they have an title amusement park and a ice rink inside the mall!! Also you can check your coats so you don't have to be caring it all over while you shop. Over all, we liked this mall, we found some known brands but they also have lots of Canadian brands. If you guys come to Quebec, I def recommend this mall it's fun to all the family.“

“I went there this weekend! It was the coldest day of winter in old Quebec. Érico hot chocolate made with dark chocolate is one of the best hot chocolates I have ever had in my life!! It was comforting when it was -27 with wind factor. Beautiful chocolate shop! I focused on the hot chocolate this time but I would definitely go back to try their chocolates. Great discovery!!“

“The chocolate dipped cones are fantastic. The chocolate tastes wonderful and solidifies to a thick chocolate coating on the cone. Unlike every other dipped cone I have had in my 71 years on earth which forms a thin coat on the ice cream, the chocolate coating is as thick as a chocolate bar. There are 12 dipping options. In my visit to Quebec, I stopped by two locations and both made excellent treats. I regret that there is no Chocolate Favoris location in Texas.“

“Judging by the other reviews, this place was not great about 5 years ago, but it's definitely changed. I'm confident that the only reason this place has 3 stars is that the most recent review is 4 years old. They have a wide variety of interesting gelato and sorbet flavors, most of which I can't speak for, but the raspberry sorbet, mango sorbet, rhubarb gelato, whiskey crème gelato, and chocolate gelato were excellent! We met the owner, who was justifiably proud of his homemade gelato. The texture of the sorbet is smooth, not icy, and the raspberry had actual raspberry pieces in it. Delicious! The sugar cones were also great, and I'm pretty sure they make them there. The service was very quick and friendly as well. This little shop definitely stands apart from the usual tourist fare omnipresent in Old Quebec.“
