“I usually avoid this location because an old manager Samantha was extremely unprofessional and let the staff sprinkle hair into your food if she didn't like you but I heard she left so I returned and the new staff is great, food was right and good quality and they had excellent customer service. So happy Samantha is gone would seriously drive out of my way not to go to the tiogue location“

Restaurant is very clean, the food taste the same everytime. Perfectly and authenticly seasoned. They have parking lot and off street parking is easy. I would highly recommend L Pinata, it's the best Mexican I have had on the East Coast. You are missing out if you don't try.“

“Excelente food .$25 per person is enough to have a very good diner . We order different dises and we are very happy with our order.I love that they have only mexican music playing and are very colorful..... I don't mind paying 18% on tip on any restaurant. The only difference on this one is that you have to pick up your plates and clean the table ?.And we pay the 18% anyway I think the employees deserved, but I think they should keep someone in charge to pick up the tables .. other things that you might want to do is let the employees use uniforms or t-shirts and hats with the restaurant name, I think, will step up to the next level ..I will definitely caming back with more friends, and I will share this place on all my social media ...“

“Great food and friendly service. It’s a little hard to tell it’s a restaurant when you’re outside, but hopefully they’ll get a sign up soon. Great breakfast options and less crowded than the other spots in the area. 5 stars, highly recommended.“

“Quiet Thursday night but regardless the service here was outstanding. Our server was on point with making sure we were well taken care of, offered suggestions and was personable and just over all great.Cocktails were amazing, well balance and tasted great.Food was solid, we all enjoyed our meals from the apps to the dessert. If I were to criticize anything it would be the nacho appetizer that wasn’t as good as the rest of the meal or experience. That being said, we will be back and I can’t wait for the better weather to enjoy the outdoor bar and patio“

“The location at 10 Sims ave is huge. This is much bigger than the location on Ives street. The food is always excellent and the staff are super friendly. On Saturdays a farmer market is open at the Farm Fresh HUB. You can't go wrong with the fried fish taco or the chicken taco. My husband loves all of the burrito options.“

"WARRANTY" The portion is fair enough ?! You can go by yourself or bring someone to impressed with a good plate of food ???!I'm sure they can make kids meals. A lot of Mexican products and candy.(my best choice) ?? “Best Mexican in RI. If you're craving traditional Mexican flavors look no further. Originally went to the one on Thayer St for years. Now the Johnston location is closest for me. The staff is all super friendly, they remember regulars, like myself. Clean, warm and inviting atmosphere. Decently priced. You get a lot of food for your money.“

“Al Son de Mi Barrio (which means "to the sound of my neighborhood" in English), it's a little cute, hole in the wall restaurant at the corner of Atwells and Valley. My friend Mechelle wanted some street tacos and we decided on this restaurant based on the good reviews. We walked in and sure enough, there are only 6 tables in the entire place for a sit down meal....small, cozy and authentic. Since I speak Spanish, I said hello to the lady behind the counter and she was super nice and friendly. She brought the menus and asked what we wanted to drink, I said tap water.... We ordered some tacos and they were all Wonderful.... The corn tortillas were grilled and warm when they hit our table and the fillings were delicious. I had the chorizo, carnitas and barbacoa....all three were good, but the carnitas was outstanding...I will get that again next time I visit... My friend Mechelle got the asada and the shrimp and she loved both...the shrimp pieces were big and grilled.... Overall great service, friendly staff, excellent flavors and affordable prices... There is a small parking lot next to the restaurant and some street parking as well. If you love street tacos, this is the place...while there, I saw a plate of nachos go by and I will get nachos next time...their menu also has burritos, tamales, huaraches, quesadillas, etc....Lots of choices......“

“Came here today for lunch. I was craving some authentic tacos and decided to give this a shot. I'm glad I did. Not only are they friendly but they also are very affordable and delicious. I ordered the Al pastor, the Barbacoa, and the carnitas. The carnitas were my favorite but the tacos were filled with meat and plenty of fresh cilantro and onion and lime. We ordered 6 tacos and they came out to $16.00. The truck is a bit unassuming and it's located in a parking lot across from the supermarket but great food. I'll definitely be back. There was a bit of a language barrier but lucky for me I'm well versed in ordering my food in Spanish lol. Definitely give them a try. They are cash only.“

“Got the small nachos with pulled Chicken and 3 tacos supreme. Delicious. Only left at front desk of my hotel by Grub Hub. I put my room number in the message field of the App, but it did not print out on the receipt so the front desk did not know which room to ring. What if it were a bomb? Or a baby? The front desk needs to know who ordered what. That sounds like a GrubHub issue. Again, food was great.“
“(Translated by Google) I have bought tamales from this bakery and I like them very much. The cashier helped my friend and I by letting us know about the "for rent" sign on the door that we had not seen. Very kind. Sufficient parking. There are tables to sit at. Place is small but cozy.(Original)Yo he comprado tamales de este panadería y me gustan muchísimo . La cajera me ayudo a mi amiga y a mi dejándonos saber sobre el anuncio de “se renta “ en la puerta que no habíamos visto . Muy gentiles . Parqueo suficiente . Hay mesitas donde sentarse . “Love this place. Rare for me to say things like that. All the ingredients tasted fresh as if they were made in house. When you eat at a family restaurants there are little things in the details that would escape the casual corporate diner. The music, the decor, the staffing, the place oozes with authenticity. It feels like an authentic Mexican family restaurant. When you see the staff eating here you know its a good place. Honestly, nothing tasted like it "came from a jar or can" it tasted fresh and homemade...well, maybe the sourcream was from a jar (thank the Americanization for that spin). I had the vegetable burrito and my wife had the Spinach Quesadillas. She found hers a bit too cheese, good but too much cheese for her liking. I had a bite and thought it tasty and again freshly made. Some mayfind a strong cilantro taste in the seasoning but it shouldn't be a surprise, it's Mexican, cilantro is in everything. The service this night was friendly and super quick. It was like "I barely put my menu down" and our food arrived. Keep in mind this was a Monday night...probably the best night to avoid crowds and get quick service. It's a must try if you've never been. I hear there's one in Cranston too. This place is definitely on the 5 Star Eat Again list.Vegetarian options: If you eat vegetarian then you know the drillParking: Drive. Find parking spot. Put car in park. Exit vehicle. Lock it. Goto restaurant . Enjoy.“
“Best rotisserie chicken in the state, they do catering and actually care about not wasting food. They wouldn't sell me one of their dishes until I tried it and they made sure I was going to like it. Very nice and home style atmosphere.“

“Great little taco shop in West Warwick! We chanced upon it by sheer coincidence, and boy, was it good! The tacos and taco salad were delicious and freshly made, and the custard filled churros were to die for. I also had the fried plantains which were yummy. Highly recommended!“

“It is our favorite place to go for street tacos. We have been regulars there for many years and travel about 45 minutes to get there almost weekly. Have tried other places but this is, by far, the best. The huaraches are the super yummy... Crispy yet soft with steak or carnitas generously piled on top with all the fixings! Their homemade hot sauces are delicious and can definitely give your taste buds a kick! Honestly, whatever we've tried there has never disappointed!“

“Nice little place and the food was phenomenal. You get to watch them make your food and believe me, they don't skimp on the ingredients. My wife ordered a chicken burrito that was the size of her head! I had the 007's tacos, will definitely order again. The staff seemed to all get along well which made for a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. This is our new go to for Mexican food.“

“We were nearby. Checked Yelp for local Mexican restaurants and we just had to try it out. Not disappointed...in fact, we enjoyed it. Entered and we were immediately greeted and seated ourselves. Nice little place...nothing fancy, but the food was great...exceeded our expectations. Lily singlehandedly took care of us and many others without missing a beat. She was on fire! Great job Lily, thank you! We had Margaritas and some combo plates...and the usual chips n salsa. Everything was delicious. My go-to meal is the chili rellano, and it was GREAT. If you pass thru Cottonwood, make this place a must-stop for yourself, you won't be disappointed.“

“$10.00 buys 3 tacos of your choice (each can include a different filling!). The portion size is generous and the quality of the meat is phenomenal. The salsas (red/green) included on the side are fantastic. You should go out of your way to eat here.“
“Stopped in during a lunch rush to redeem my coupons for RI Food Fights month. The tacos were good, the staff was friendly and I enjoyed my experience. Place was quite busy and I was able to tuck away at a high top. I had one pork and one chicken taco with their hot sauce. Good flavor, I think I should've upgraded when they offered.“

“Love the Thurbers Ave location, great food, good service and nice dine out patio. Unfortunately, had a not so great experience with the takeout from the Hartford Ave foodtruck twice. Food did not have the same flavor, it was cold upon arrival and it wasn't made with the same pride as Thurber's Ave. I've also read that their consume comes from an area where it's made less thick and more watery which is also kind of a miss when it comes to your taco not being fully coated in juicy flavor. Overall, still recommend if you can get to the Thurber's Ave location before it gets too cold and they shut down, And thank goodness the birria burrito is back!“
