Great food with a view and great view with food. Both are equally true. The rare O-Club that is open to both Officers and Enlisted alike. They have fresh Chowder, a great lobster roll, a pretty respectable Reuben (I'm a New Yorker), and a great burger. The pulled pork is also very good. A great place for a wedding or Just relaxing with friends. The outdoor decks and fireplace are an especially nice touch. With wonderful sunset views of the Newport Pell Bridge and an occasional friendly seagull visitor. Also awesome views of the Naval war college from the side decks and an impressive Marina in front of the club.

Was here for a wedding reception and the base is beautiful. The bar staff are friendly and the food was good. We had heavy appetizers and an open bar, so they can handle just about anything. There are some restrictions because of base access, but anyone who can get on the base can come to this bar. The view over to the bridge is beautiful. Enjoy!
