The cafe is inside the zoo, and requires park admission.We tried out the mobile order during our recent visit. The process worked, but was unclear. When submitted, go an email that said immediate pickup. You go inside and there is a pickup sign with no window and no staff. You just wait for them to bring out a takeout bag from the "private" door eventually. It was definitely not an immediate pickup. At least 10-15 mins after the email.When we got the food it was ok. I work here. And I actually like the place enough to review it. I don't know anything about food price or quality as I'm a patio attendant but my bosses are very nice. Not much to say but I enjoy keeping the outside food display neat and well stocked.
