Service was okay. The food was less than par. It was hot but not crisp. The restaurant was dirty and greasy. Everything seemed to be sticky/greasy. THE drink machine looked dirty and was not functioning properly. There are better options in the area for fried chicken...
I drive up to drive through and inform an employee that I was there to pick up a mobile order, she informs me that I have to come inside which is fine. But when I walk through the door nobody greets me asking me how can they help me, granite it seems that they knew why I was there, beside the point. When I received my food all of the containers are packed on top of my sandwiches therefore my sandwiches are smushed!Is that not in your employee training, as to how to package orders?

Come on KFC, its not that difficult to get an order right. We ordered extra crispy and the piece of chicken I had from the bucket barely had any crust on it at all. Also, hubs was very disappointed that they messed up and gave us one wrong side that we didn't order and left off one side that we did order. Do better KFC.
