This is the 3rd time I have gone to this location in 3 mths and no steak ... 1st time in may there was a note on door limited ingredients waiting on truck .. In July wanted the new steak sub and was told we haven't taken anymore steak meat out so I settled for a different sub and yesterday tried again for the new steak sub and was told were out, if you want that you have to come in the morning .. Who wants a sub in the morning cause I don't .. So we walked out.
Tried to call to put in a call in order and the guy who answered the phone refused to take my order because “they were too busy,” so I asked if he knew about a time estimate if I put in an online order and he said he had “no idea.” I completely understand being short staffed, but have never seen a place so understaffed that they couldn’t take a call-in order or have an online order done in a proper amount of time.

I stopped going here for a few years, it USED to be a bad place. The people working here were dirty looking, hair all a mess, clothes half tucked in, and just not a good atmosphere. I WAS HERE TODAY, STOPPED IN BECAUSE MY HUSBAND ASKED ME TO. I gladly spent $48.00 on our order.
