I usually don't do this, but they don't even answer the phone when they have no customers. I have tried ordering take out from them at least a dozen times over the past two years & I get a call back about 30 minutes after I place the order saying they don't have the ingredients...turkey, bread, basic things a sub shop should have. I understand running out of things, but this is EVERY TIME. I started calling so I could ask if they had the ingredients, but no one answers. It just rings & rings. Management needs to be there to fix this.

My family and I went to subway. It was around 6:30. They close at 7:00. The "lady" when she saw us sighed deeply and told us that she was cleaning up. I asked her what time they closed, noticed by my watch we still had a little over thirty minutes. I let her know that we were not dining in but simply taking it to go. She told us that she was breaking things down that we could go to the one in Lugoff.Needless to say, Firehouse is our go to sub shop now.

They were out of many things and when you asked if you could add more of one meat to substitute for the one they were out of they tried to charge us. The costumer service was absolutely terrible. As soon as my family walked in the lady who was out in the lobby made no effort to come help us and proceeded to call the other employee out to do it herself. We had five sandwiches and the lady in the lobby made one while the other girl did it all. The girl who assisted us also was a new employee. The experienced employee went outside to have a cigarette.

Online says open 8AM I got there at 10, the door says 9-9 Tuesday.i was planning on placing 25 orders for my office. The doors were locked and the employee just locked at me with a look of bewilderment on their face.

Got there at 5pm and both employees working we're out back at the same time smoking. They saw us walk in and we waited about 5 minutes before anyone came in. And when one came in she stunk bad of weed and she was high as a kite. Do not recommend. Would give zero stars if I could. We didn't even stay. And when we walked out to our car (parked in the front btw.) The whole area smelt strong of weed even filling my car up with the smell.
