Just went through the drive thru at this location and the guy working the window today was absolutely rude. He took my order then at the window proceeded to tell me my coffee would be nasty because of what I ordered mind you I order the same coffee everyday and know how it taste. I'm out of town for work and never had this happen at any other Dunkin locations. By far the worst one customer service, attitude at the speaker as well.
the coffee is mid. the wait time can be up to 30 minutes for one drink. it's not worth it just go to the starbucks a few minutes ahead. I feel dunkin doesn't care about their employees so the employees don't care about the customers . it makes sense, if i we're getting paid so little i would also not be in a hurry.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Whoever is the manager, needs to get their employees in check. Just had the most disgusting person treat me like I was disposable. Why go here for sub par coffee that tastes different EVERY TIME and get treated like trash when there are millions of coffee places to go? Get a grip people. If you don't like talking to people, get a new job.
