I had a fantastic experience and I highly recommend anyone come here especially when you have an employee like Allie, who's smile is contagious, who seeks to brighten your day and goes above and beyond to make your day better.
I was having a rough morning and decided to stop by Chick Fil A Ashley Crossing to pick up a quick breakfast. In the drive-through line, I met the nicest gentleman named Dawson. He chatted cheerfully with the customers in the vehicle ahead of me, and even greeted another customer in the opposite drive through line by name. I use the Chick-fil-A app, which I would recommend using. It gave me a free lemonade and allowed me to pre-order our food. The pre-order is not so helpful at this location as both drive-thru lines merge into one so you're waiting in the same line as people ordering in line. The line still moves quickly though, they had my order ready for me before I got to the pickup window. Only problem with my order is my chicken nuggets were dry, seemed like nuggets had been sitting for a minute.
