Going downhill. Even if you order online there will often be no available service when you arrive to pick up your order. You can't win for losing. I have tried different ways on my mobile order for pickup choice: in store or in drive thru. Either one you pick, they will want you to do the other, and can be very RUDE in DEMANDING you to do their bidding. All because they are short staffed. Always?
