As soon as you open the door to this establishment you get hit with the smell of the spices. I made a reservation ahead of time and I’m thankful that I did because the tables were turning over quickly. I ordered the goat, and my friend got the buttered chicken. The goat was unbelievable, and then I tried the butter chicken and it was even better. I feel like you can’t order anything “wrong” on this menu. Ma'am Saab was a delightful treat to discover in Charleston. My wife and I appreciated the attention from our server, Kay, throughout our delicious meal. The portions were delicious and extremely generous. We shared eggplant fritters, lamb biryani, and butter chicken. Every bite was a treat and our only regret was that we could not take our leftovers to go! We will be back the next time we are in the Charleston area.

This is a cute, friendly, and intimate Pakistani restaurant in the historic area of Charleston. It has a cool and cozy vibe, with dark lighting and colorful decor.
