“I started coming here when I was remodeling a house near by. I had the best fried pork chop I’ve ever had and we visited more often than not for lunch for the remainder of the project. Bar food has gone so down hill everywhere and every single time I go here it is just magical (bacon cheese fries with jalapeños tonight). We love seeing Amy but we had mike and Josie behind the bar tonight and we had such a stress relieving late night app, drink, and listened to some karaoke that had people dancing. My glass stayed full and we brought home amazing leftovers. I really think places like this need all the recognition. COME GET THE DANG PORK CHOP IT WILL BRING YOU BACK TO YOUR GRANDMOTHERS KITCHEN.“

“Great selection of craft beers. Sam gave us great service. Truffle and Aloha fries were delicious. I had the Blackened Blue Burger. The onion rings on top were perfect. Prices were reasonable.Parking: That shopping center is busy. However, the Public House has designated spots up front around the side of their building. They are painted white.“
“This place is classy yet informal restaurant and bar. It achieves a splendid melange of sophistication and pub atmosphere. I found the furniture and decor added class and style while the many TVs kept it relaxed. Service was fast and friendly. Portions were generous. The sidewinder fries were fun! I had the pulled pork burger and it was excellent. The sweet BBQ sauce made it delightful to enjoy with a sweet tea. If you're exploring the nearby market, this place is perfect to stop for lunch. “Wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The hostess was polite. Tyler (server) explained the menu and specials right away. He checked on us in a timely manner after each course. Our desserts were delivered to us by the manager Don. It was our anniversary and everyone made sure to tell us Happy anniversary. We got the signature hot rock as our appetizer. It was delicious. My husband got the dry aged ribeye and ai got the scallops. Both were cooked perfectly. We will be back!“
“Great wings. Their reaper wings are great. In regards to all the reviews saying th they had to wait, chill out. It’s a dive bar. The bartenders are great. If you’re going to ask for an aperol spritz, this isn’t your vibe. The guy named Stalker has great taste and music.“
“If you're looking for a fun place to try a large variety of beers or cocktails, this is the place to go. The inside dining area is so spacious, and the bar itself is inviting and fun. There is also a patio and outside bar area where there's live music. The food there is great too, and the portions are worth the price. The staff there are also very friendly and are able to help you out with any questions. Overall, a great place to take a date or friends.Parking: The place has its own parking lot.Kid-friendliness: I would not bring kids here.“
“We visited Hunley's for the Sunday night football game. The Bills/Dolphins crowd was fun and friendly! My potato skins were great! The most impressive part of our night was the gentleman who was our server. He was so attentive and basically waited all the tables, very quick on his feet and very accurate with our order and timing for additional items and drinks!!Parking: This bar is in a plaza.“
“My husband and I stumbled upon this gem when walking back to our hotel. If you like dive bar vibes and Nintendo 64, this is your spot. They also have pool tables and dart boards. Staff was extremely friendly and drink prices were good. Nice change of pace compared to all the pricey spot around town!“
“The Philly cheese steak was really good. The wings were absolutely MASSIVE! And the fries are done perfecty crisp and like 6” long. Our server EMMA was super kind and attentive and made sure that the dog with us had water. I just wish I lived closer.“
“Uptown Social is the place to be if you are visiting Charleston! My group went on a Saturday night and it was extremely busy! There were a lot of bachelorette groups and spring break groups! The drinks are expensive but it is expected being in a tourist area. The music was great! Highly recommend if you are between the age of 21-30.“

“My only complaint about this place is that when you walk in, you don’t know what to do. No one greeted us and we didn’t know what to do. After asking, we learned its first come first serve, so you literally have to stand and wait for a table and rush to it before anyone else. Other than that, the food was excellent. The service was fantastic. The atmosphere was great. And the drinks were the best. Every time we visit the area, we will be back.“
