I almost cursed... Yeah, I'm gonna do it. Damn that was good! Look, I love a good corn cookie. It's like my second favorite of ALL cookies. I also love a good sando. In terms of all food inventions, sando's are pretty high up on my list. Just saying... Well this place does a truly excellent corn cookie... and, AND a truly excellent sando- in this case, sausage and egg on a buttery croissant. Put them together and what do you get... well, 5-stars. This little bake shop is tucked in a back corner of ponce and is so worth a visit! My fiancé and I were hanging around ponce city market on Saturday and were looking for a tasty treat to take home. We stumbled on this place and knew we had to get something! It was around 1pm and they still had a good bit of stuff left.
