Staff prioritized boxed meals when other customers were waiting. Total wait time was over 30 minutes for an order promised in 12 minutes per online ordering. Order was wrong as one sandwich was missing the pickle, mustard, onions, and bell peppers. The other was missing peppers and mushrooms (which were an additional cost we paid). I work a 5 minute walk away from firehouse and this place has been a weekly staple for me and my coworkers. AMAZING food and sandwiches. 10/10 would recommend the hook n ladder all day everyday. Best place for a sandwich in Columbia. Did I mentioned it tastes phenomenal?

I have ordered from this location several times. And the food is what you expect from Firehouse. But my issue is the poor service everytime I order here.Whether it's in person or mobile, I expect to wait 10-15 minutes in store for one sub. I ordered one sub at 0815pm expected to be complete at 0830pm. I walk into a completely empty store. And they have yet to even start my order at 8:30.
