?x? OMG?.... finally a Panera Bread location that is clean and has friendly, courteous and professional staff. I will frequent this location as long as I'm in Columbia. Need change management as soon as possible, I lost my appetite as soon as I walked into the men’s restroom. It seems as if it hadn’t been cleaned since opening. My daughter waited 20 minutes for a bowl of Mac and Cheese that was half empty. I will no longer be dining at this location. I am your sign to never dine here again.

May be it’s my fault to have them give me cream cheese since I was asking for butter for my bagel when each cream cheese cost me $1.50, 4 bagel cost $13+, lack of bagel choice, not sure if Panera bread change their bagel or not, this is the most expensive bagel I have ever had in Panera bread.
