“I love smoothie King period. I went a little before closing and it was my first time at this location. I had my go to lemon twist strawberry. What i love is the consistency of the brand. If you don't like sweet I will advise getting half sweetener. I have never tried anything other than take a break blends so i can't give advice on any other flavours. This location does not have the best parking situation but you can place an order ahead and pic up“
“We stopped by this Smoothie King store location while we were on this side of town. It's conveniently located on Forest drive and right outside the Fort Jackson Army base main gate. They are located in a small shopping plaza which did have limited customer parking.We decided to visit them to get a smoothie just to hold us over. Upon entering I noticed it's a very small space, and there was customers waiting. Apparently they get alot of online orders, because it took like 7 minutes before one of the three employees asked for my order. I also noticed that they stay so busy that unlike many other locations, none of the staff were greeting their customers when they entered.Now on a good note...this franchise is always a very reliable and affordable option!!!“
“I’ve been coming to this location for YEARS. They make my smoothie just right, and if it’s wrong they remake it, with no problem and apologize! The only reason I didn’t leave five stars is because sometimes they don’t open on time. Otherwise it’s great!“
“First time at this location, and I had to wait 30 minutes for my order, which was 2 smoothies. They had to make one of my smoothies over and still ended up with the wrong kind. They tried to call the manager to get a pin for a refund, but there no answer, so I left. Will not return to this location.EDIT: Was at one star, but I was contacted by the owner, and they made right what was wrong, and that meant a lot. My husband and I will be back!“
