This spot is ridiculously good. Run by two young Black entrepreneurs. Get the sammich. Not sure I’ve ever had a better breakfast dish. We also loved the grits and the wangs & waffles (though it was a special so not sure they have it all the time). The potatoes are seasoned to perfection. Pineapple lemonade is refreshing. (Biscuit & gravy is a side dish so order a few other things if you want that.). Very limited seating but easy to take and go.
Sai was very welcoming with great customer service! The ambiance was great! I ordered a byo grit bowl. My toppings were gravy cheese mushrooms peppers spinach and vegan sausage. I would have preferred no gravy but I wanted to try something new. With gravy I give it 7/10. If I wouldn’t have gotten the gravy I know it would’ve been 10/10.
