I bought a salad from US Foods and Deli and am so disappointed. The lettuce was brown and wilted and the ham tasted spoiled. I just threw it in the trash. I will not go here again. The prices are kind of high to sell food like this.
Hardscrabble is the worst US wings and deli in Columbia SC. They don't even wash the lettuce for your salad and you can taste it. Your lettuce are in huge chunks you have to go home and cut up the lettuce and rinse it off to eat it. I ask the manager why the lettuce is not cut up and washed both managers told me they don't do that they just use as it comes and began to laugh. I will tell everyone I know not to do business there. First time trying this restaurant and I was unimpressed. Let's first get into what I did enjoy. The wings were a great size compared to similar establishments, they honored my requests of no ice in drinks and extra dipping sauce. The portions were a great value for the price. The hot wing sauce was tasty. What I did not like, the fries were unseasoned and not cooked hard per my request. The spicy honey glaze sauce gave more of a sweet chili sauce.
