Horrible long wait times horrible customer service. I ordered 10 wings online waited for over an hour my wings sat there without anyone seeing if my order came up. Once I went back to the counter for the third time I asked for extra ranch and she wanted to charge me for it….. i asked after waiting that long she couldn’t just give it to me and with a attitude said No walked out will never be back again.
SEE UPDATE BELOW:Went in. Had time to use the wait standing without being greeted and use the restroom before anyone acknowledged another gentleman and myself waiting at the front. When we finally were serviced, it wasnt polite or courteous. Peeked in the bag before leaving, saw I had decent amount of fries (with my requested extra fry season) and VERY briefly peaked at wings. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, very rude!! We ordered online and still waited a total of 55 minutes for our food. When we got it the tenders and fries were cold. So much seasoning you could barely eat it. Will never return!
