“SEE UPDATE BELOW:Went in. Had time to use the wait standing without being greeted and use the restroom before anyone acknowledged another gentleman and myself waiting at the front. When we finally were serviced, it wasnt polite or courteous. Peeked in the bag before leaving, saw I had decent amount of fries (with my requested extra fry season) and VERY briefly peaked at wings. Seemed to be cool......got in the car, severely disappointed. I don't like "wet" wings. I'm used to garlic Parm having just enough butter/garlic for the Parm to stick. These look like they were dipped in a melted stick of butter. Garlic taste almost non existent. Fries look like I got the whole corner of the bottom of the bag. Very disappointed and won't be returning to this location.UPDATE:Spoke to manager about my order. They offered to remake it. I went in today and had the order remade. Angel was an absolute Godsend. She was working ALONE but had a positive attitude and made sure my food was fresh and done correctly.“
“My experience was good, but I witness a dissatisfied Uber driver that had an incomplete pickup order. The manager was on a smoke break during the conflict then when he entered he was disinterested with the conflict and came in overwhelmingly smelling like an illegal drug.“
