“The sub was great. The associate who helped us at the drive thru was great. The 45 minute wait because she is the only person working ... not so great. It creates a bad experience for us as the consumer. It creates an even worse experience for her as the employee. She was handling it well and had a pleasant attitude but it's not okay to put her in that position.“
“I had read the negative reviews before going here but decided to try it anyway. I placed a mobile order. When I got to the drive-thru, there was only one car ahead of me (surprising for 5 PM). It was only 7 minutes from when I got to the drive-thru to when I got my food, which I think is very reasonable, considering they're understaffed. The guy at the window was very friendly.The food was good by Burger King standards and reasonably priced. (The app seems to have decent rewards.) I also like how they have "value" options, like a drink or fries for $1.I didn't give a 5 rating because I wasn't blown away by the food, but as I said, it was solid by Burger King standards!“
“I enjoy coming here! There is never a long wait for food. The employees are very pleasant and polite too! The food comes out piping hot, and it taste very fresh! Biggest thing for me is the consistency of good experiences. Probably one of the best Taco Bell‘s in the surrounding area!“
“Five guys has great burgers and fries, and this location never disappoints. Place is run like a well oiled machine. Everyone is focused and the hard work shows in how great the food is. Been going for years, and never had a problem. On the rare occasion something is missing or wrong in the order, they fix it asap without making me feel bad for mentioning it. This is not how most restaurants or fast food runs in the NE Cola area, truly is well run.“
“Pizza is delicious. Sames like the regular crust style is "thin crust". So you would have to pay extra for "thick crust", which is what I consider to be "regular pizza thickness". It's a little pricey as well. But the flavor is really rich.“

Toppings are fresh and there is plenty of seating if you plan to dive in.Parking: Street parking is limited, but there is an open parking lot behind the shopping center for all overflow parking. Walkways between the buildings open up the shopping center for ease of access from the parking lot.“
“Got 2 battered fish filets. They were delicious, & the staff was very nice. My only complaint is that it cost over$7.00 for 2 fish filets. The same exact thing used to cost less than $4.00. Sorry, but unless you go down on the price, I won't be eating there again. Not everyone is going to fall for "that's just the way it is now". Um, no. You always have a choice.“
“Only had an issue once & management resolved it swiftly. Workers are always polite as well as management. Pizza is great and I haven't been able to say that about all Pizza Huts...I'd pretty much stopped buying from this company but Elgin Pizza Hut is the exception. Glad you are here!“
