“We usually pick food up via the drive thru. Always great flavor and filling. I had a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The crust soft and chewy, not overly cooked. The toppings were even distributed and it was just enough cheese.My daughter had the Greek chicken with yellow rice and onions/peppers. She said the chicken was seasoned and paired well with the rice and veggies. If you're an onions and peppers person, you would definitely enjoy this as they give you plenty!“
“Only had an issue once & management resolved it swiftly. Workers are always polite as well as management. Pizza is great and I haven't been able to say that about all Pizza Huts...I'd pretty much stopped buying from this company but Elgin Pizza Hut is the exception. Glad you are here!“
“Called in a pick-up order and the guy came to our car to apologize for delay, which it really wasn't, and then someone brought the pizza out, before he could go back inside. Then he asked us to wait & brought out something special. We had a quick & courteous experience, and the pizza was great! Had 2 more pizzas since, less than a month apart. “Went in on Friday 2-4-24 order was expected at 7:36 didn't get it until about 8:45 maybe even later the store was packed and people were waiting long before me because they were having power issues the lights actually went out as soon as walked in and according to another customer the lights had went out five times while they were waiting for their food,,the wait wasn't the deal breaker for me it was the fact that the pizza just wasn't good,I've had better from little Caesars and the grocery store and that's disappointing,,maybe it was a bad night but this location doesn't compare at all to the downtown location which I usually go to but decided to give this location a try because it's closer to home and didn't feel like driving all the way downtown, I'll give them another try though“
“Great food reasonably priced!! Large portions! I had the Shrimp Alfredo and could have shared with my wife and both be full. Had to get a take home box! Service is usually great, but they were very busy this evening and it took a while to get service. Still an excellent place to eat!!“
“Pizza is delicious. Sames like the regular crust style is "thin crust". So you would have to pay extra for "thick crust", which is what I consider to be "regular pizza thickness". It's a little pricey as well. But the flavor is really rich.“

Toppings are fresh and there is plenty of seating if you plan to dive in.Parking: Street parking is limited, but there is an open parking lot behind the shopping center for all overflow parking. Walkways between the buildings open up the shopping center for ease of access from the parking lot.“
