Came in for a 10 piece nuggets. Told them how 4 different places had messed up my order. They said it would not be a problem. Then they burnt my nuggets. I asked for a refund and they wanted to argue with me. I walked out being owed $6. Keep up the good work people. What happened McDonald's? You guys fail me all over the country. Sad how far you all have fallen for what you pay your help. $ 15 hr. and you can't get 10 nuggets right. Dang! Don't respond because you always mess up the order when I go back. Hate to say it but, your suspost to be the best! Your failing us! People get paid to build your building for less and are held to a higher standard than the people you pay to make a burger, nuggets, or fries!! SAD!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Normally this is the best McDonalds that we visit but unfortunately it was Christmas Eve and they were staffed with only 3 people. Drive through was wrapped around the building I went inside to order and waited 45 minutes just to place my order and there was only one person ahead of me. The management should have seen that they were adequately staffed.

Wait a very long time in drive through, no cashier showed up at first window, finally got to the next window to pay and was given wrong food. Stayed at window for another 5 minutes to be told to pull up to wait on my food even longer.

The real score is ZERO STARS. I ordered through the mobile app at 9:50am. At 10:50am, I still do not have my order, when it is finally ready, ITS WRONG!! They go back in and come back, maam breakfast is over we don’t have anything else, what?? I ordered at 9:50AM! Just give me my money back and close the restaurant! Why are you here??
