“The atmoshpere was pleasant inside. We did go on a Tuesday about 6:30, so it wasn't super busy when we arrived. However, an hour later most tables were filled as we were leaving. Our waiter, Dequan, was super friendly and informative. He was great at offering suggestions and clarifications regarding the menu. For drinks, my daughter had the Brown sugar Boba milk tea, which she Saud was really good. I ordered the Moonstone coconut lemongrass sake, which I also enjoyed!.We ordered the Kani Salad, which was tasty with the fresh avocado slices. My daughter ordered the sesame balls which had a good red bean paste but the rest of the ball was not very flavorful. We each ordered a bowl of Ramen, spicy beef for me and tonkotsu shoyu for her. Both were fresh and tasty. There was plenty of leftovers to take home with us.We will eat here again. Thank you, Dequan, for a pleasant first experience at Hokkaido Ramen House! ?“
“The food was good, I have never been to a place that cooked your food right in front of you. We had a family gathering, around 11 people, and the chef made the food for everyone. Quick and fancy. I mean it's an expensive place to eat at. There is a guy that works there, they call him 007. Because he gets everyone involved in the dinner especially if it's your birthday. He was right beside us at another table-grill. I would recommend it, it you have money to spend. It's a different atmosphere there.“
“Had an absolute blast at Ganbei! The Singapore noodles were so good, they made me forget I was in neither Singapore nor Japan! And that peanut butter dessert? It was so tasty, I almost licked the plate clean! But the real surprise was the fried ice cream. We're talking about a mind-blowing combo! It was like eating a crispy cloud with a surprise inside!Big shoutout to the friendly guy working there – his warm welcome and attentive service made the dining experience even better.Overall, Ganbei is a must-visit for a hilarious and delicious dining adventure. Trust me, you'll leave with a smile and a happy belly! Five stars !“
“I can say they are still good people left in this world. I could not find my wallet all weekend and I remember coming to Tokyo grill in Lexington last week. When I called they said they had it and everything was still in it. Their food is always so amazing and their staff is honest. Best place in town to eat always.“
“This Hibachi Express has almost become a weekly event. Unlike the other chain Hibachi type restaurants, this location does not store previously cooked food on a warming table for quick assembly. Every dish is started at the time of ordering, thus piping hot and fresh. I've have many bad experiences at similar establishments, often because the meal was assembled within minutes from meat items that may have been prepared hours ago. I had shrimp from a Red Bowl that could have been prepared during the Carter administration, not fit for human consumption. Many seem to ration portions, yet have increased price not in line with inflation. This establishment has maintained reasonable prices, always prepares fresh and the portion size often is enough for an additional meal.“
“Great spot for quick service Japanese food, and has easily become a favorite amongst the regional restaurant chains. The teriyaki chicken always hits the spot.Parking: Plenty of parking located in the lot in front of the outlet mall as well as in front of the Walmart.“
“The food was amazing. I got the veggie rolls and was completely satisfied. My husband got the scallop bowl and crab Rangoon. All was delicious. The service was great. All employees were very kind and welcoming. I would most definitely recommend.“
