Although I don’t like ordering my food using the kiosk bc I prefer good ole’ fashioned customer service, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They made my order fresh to order, so no complaints for the food. Crew delivered my food with a smile and asked if I needed anything else. The customer ahead of me spilled her drink, and the crew member came out of nowhere to clean it…..no slip and falls at this location!! When I ask for customizations, they actually do it! Most Taco Bell locations that have been around a while ignore asking for changes/additions to menu items, but this new location has no trouble actually giving you extra cheese when you say extra cheese! Seems silly, but if you pay for customizations you should get them. At this South Lake location just past Waffle House & Leveled Up Karate, I know I'll get what I ordered. I always go late night. Great job night crew!

The GM Adam is a very good fit for this store. He is kind, caring and professional. He works well with his staff, and listens to feedback very well. The food is good. Never have to wait to long. And it's so nice to see the happy faces from all the staff. They are juveniles but management handles everything in this store so professionally it shows how well he is from his staffs behavior.Parking: Plenty of spots.
