“Our return trip to portofino's did not disappoint. My fiancé had the salmon and pasta and I had the grouper special which were both cooked to perfection. We finished our meal off with the Limoncello cake which was fresh and light. The staff was very attentive. We Can't wait for our next meal there. 5 stars“

You can tell this place is family owned and a true staple in town. The owner came by our table to say hello and we felt like we knew her forever.She was warm, friendly and everyone who worked there took good care of us like we were dining like family. My kids were so impressed they said"Mom, everything that is coming out is delicious."They devoured all the dishes!We ordered Clams for apps and boy were they amazing! Must order 2 if you plan to share!!House salad dressing was delicious, bread was so good I had to tell kids stop eating to save their appetite for the mains.Fyi- Bread, soup and salad is on the house comes with meals. My husband had the special Blue Crab Ravioli with Seared Scallops, I ordered Fruitti Di Mare with a Diavolo Sauce with homemade linguini(Not on the menu) and Classic Spaghetti with Meatballs, all fabulous! Seafood was so unbelievably fresh! Clams were from Bulls Bay, Awendaw and the Mussels were from PEI! They delivered right to our room at our hotel.Previous review:Very prompt delivery and delicious pizza!! We had the meat lover’s pizza and a pepperoni pizza and they were both excellent. This is one of the best pizza places in the area!“

“Ciao in Myrtle Beach has a nice ambiance, but the outside could use some improvement. The bread with oil and pesto dip was pretty good. We ordered the Saltimbocca, Eggplant Parmesan, Calabrese, and Zuppa de Pesce (seafood linguine) for our main dishes. I really enjoyed my spicy seafood pasta. My brother liked his Saltimbocca, but the other dishes weren't as impressive. They offer a good selection of wines, and our server was friendly and helpful. I do not have many food photos as my camera has failed me, again ?“

“Toscana Italian Kitchen is a family owned Italian restaurant in Myrtle Beach. They are located off of N Kings Hwy and open from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM. My family and I were in the mood for Italian and they left it up to me find a place. After reading some reviews this is the restaurant I decided on. Let's just say everyone was thrilled with my pick. This place is fantastic! We started with the Fried Calamari. It's served with their spicy homemade tomato sauce. All rings, no tentacles. Amazing! My dad gets calamari everywhere he goes and he said this was the best he's ever had. My sister and I split two entrees; Chicken Parmigiana and Linguini clams. Both delicious! If you don't mind a little spice I recommend subbing in the spicy tomato sauce for the chicken parm. As far as service goes, our server Elmedina was friendly and accommodating throughout our entire visit. She was also able to remember everyone's order without writing anything down. Superb! “We just celebrated a birthday there tonight and everything was so delicious. We will be back on our next trip to Myrtle Beach! We ordered the bruschetta as a starter and I had the chicken carbonara. For dessert we all shared gelato and the Chocolate Overload cake. We were all in heaven. Must also mention the great service we received from Alena. She was very attentive. “Date Night. Asked for outside seating and enjoyed a comfortable ambiance. Our waitress provided fantastic service and advice regarding wine from their list (let us sample before buying a bottle as it was also available by the glass) and shared some (proven solid) local recommendations for breakfast & ice cream (we are from out of town). The Italian sausage had the 'right amount' of seasoning, and ditto for the linguini with marinara, rendering it delicious. Chicken piccata was a generous portion and also delicious. Would definitely come again if we were in the area.“

I forgot that this once was an Applebee's, but you'd never knot it by the upfit!It seemed that they were essentially a full house... and scene felt the need to be louder than the person beside them, which is not the must inviting experience you'd expect.Service was good, which is always a plus! The Oil / Bread was tasty, so much so that we requested a 2nd basket... That basket was rock hard and had to be taken back as it was literally inedible. The 3rd was somewhat warm in the outsid, but when we pulled it apart, it was literally ICE COLD on the inside. No big deal, probably didn't need the carbs anyway, but I hate seeing wasted food...I had the lasagna, which was pretty tasty, less the marinara... it lacked flavor, much like pureed tomatoes with not much love added to the mix. Notice by the plate, it didn't slow me down much, but it's absolutely worth noting.... and it wasn't just me who noticed this.... two others at the table said the same thing about the marinara.On the upside- the salad was very good! Fresh greens, not a bagged salad mix like many restaurants use.All in all, would the noise, bread and marinara issues prevent a return visit? NO.“

“Had an amazing meal at Cafe Vincenzo’s last night. It’s under new management and the ambiance and decor are unlike anything we’ve found in Myrtle. The food and drinks were excellent. Highly recommend the blackberry sage margarita to drink and the Sacchettini as an entree (Porcini stuffed Italian pasta, with mushroom cream sauce, topped with truffles, drizzled with truffle oil). Perfect date night spot!“

“The sandwiches were so GREAT! Tasty, hearty...kinda like our delis back home on Long Island! And Capicola was nice and spicy. The cannoli were big and DELICIOUS!We were upset about the cookies. Linzer cookies were stale and the jam was gummy and not much of it.The pignoli cookies were a bit pricy for stale cookies.WE would go back time and again, but will skip the cookies.“

“Dined at Maggi D's tonight and I was blown away! I failed to take any photos (so sorry) but had unbelievable food and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. My group ordered bacon wrapped scallops, muscles, red snapper (one of the specials), grouper picata and salmon. All meals were excellent. I also saw neighboring tables enjoy tonight's T-Bone steak special and many other creative dishes. Great portions and simply delicious. We had homemade cannoli and limoncello mascerpone cake for dessert. Owner John, manager Cynthia, and staff could not have been more welcoming. Super warm and friendly atmosphere. “I love coming to Sole, I've been coming here for the last year every time I visit and its one of the only good Italian spots around. I'm from Jersey/Philly so I'm use to good food and most of Myrtle beaches food is not so good, but Sole is really good and consistent every time I come by and I love it. Its family owned and everyone that's always there is nice. I usually always get the same things, the escargot, bruschetta and the pear fiocchi and their all really good, I would definitely recommend.“

“Olive Garden has always been a staple in my family but it has been a little challenging with 2 overstimulated boys with special needs at times. Its one of the only non fast food places my kids eat all their food at. It was both me and their mother's birthday this week (Her's on Monday and mine on Thursday). We had the pleasure of having Mackenzie serve us. I have worked in both hospitality and retail/customer service for the better part of 18 years. Mackenzie was probably the best server I have ever witnessed. You would have thought her and my 10 year old son with sensory processing disorder were best friends. She truly is a remarkable person. Any time you visit this place I recommend requesting her.“

Also, if you only speak Spanish I wouldn't recommend going here as they don't have any Spanish menus or anyone who speaks Spanish and they will look at you. Crazy when you're trying to place an order. And mind you I'm not Spanish. My friend was a Spanish speaker only and we use translators to talk to each other the server that night. I can't remember her name but embarrassed us.“

“We dine there with friends on a Sunday evening. It took a while for us to be seated as the hostess was trying to arrange seating for other customers. One seated, we enjoyed cocktails, and several appetizers, one of which was the muscles. The muscles were excellent, I was not a fan of the fig and prosciutto flatbread. My husband had the flounder and it was delicious. The pasta dish was excellent as was my seafood dish. I will definitely come back.“
