Food is always good, the workers are always nice but the service at the drive thru needs help! I normally place a mobile order to try and get in and out on my break and I am always pulled up along with everyone else. That wouldn’t bother me so much if I didn’t watch people walk inside and back out with food within a few seconds seemingly. I’ve waited for over 10 minutes on food I ordered on the mobile app, I just think that’s excessive for a $1.79 chicken sandwich and fries.

After 5pm on 2/13, the girl on Drive-Thru, repeated my order back to me twice and still got my order wrong. Usually, I eat a few fries OTW home but I was preoccupied yesterday... I didn't realize, she gave me onion rings, until I had gotten too far to turn around... Plus, she had already had me waiting by the yellow cone, all that time, just to get my Whopper, with everything I had asked for them to remove, still on it... Have it my way?... Puhleeze! ??

I wish I could give them half a star.First, the cashier was rude. She was the only one at the front while the shift manager stayed on her phone ordering Red Silk Cake - or something.And when the shift manager finally came to the cash register, she talked on her phone instead of serving the customers that were in line.And still they got my order wrong.When I ordered the combo, the shift manager slammed the cups on the counter like I was the biggest interruption of her day (excuse me for being a customer) and that she had more important matters to attend to on the phone instead of doing her job.It took over 20 minutes to get our foodFries and onion rings: Cold.I won't be going back.
Just waited 20 minutes and I didn't even get my food because they wouldn't just tell people at the ordering stop that they couldn't take Card completely unprofessional and ridiculous. This is why Burger King's are failing across the country.

The manager would not take our order at the counter because two employees had called in sick and instructed us to go to the drive through after we had been patient waiting for 10 minutes...she was friendly but obviously not a multitasking

Ordered 2x16 piece nuggets, the two girls at the front told me 16 piece nuggets don't exist on the menu so she gave me 2x 8 pieces because she said it was the same price yet yesterday I ordered the same thing and their were no problems, this is why y'all are the bottom tier of fast food, your policy should be to honor what was ordered via your own app not "we don't have it on the menu so not our problem"
