Food is always good, the workers are always nice but the service at the drive thru needs help! I normally place a mobile order to try and get in and out on my break and I am always pulled up along with everyone else. That wouldn’t bother me so much if I didn’t watch people walk inside and back out with food within a few seconds seemingly. Service at this location is not the worst I have gotten from BK but is definitely one to make me find another location. Unprofessional, lack-a-daze-ical, no sense of urgency, and not sure if I got ripped off or not to boot. Literally. Think I was given a dressed up double cheese burger when ordering a big king. Was never given a reciept, took over ten minutes to just get one of the cooks to actually make burgers.And the burger was not that good, better than McDonald's but eh.

Went to Burger King drive-thru about 9:30pm when I say even though they were short I had the best service all my food was hot very appreciated because I've had a bad experience about getting cold food the manger and his one employee they need to be recognized for the great service 05-05-23
