So my daughter went into the store to order her sandwich. She went in with her mask on. The young lady taking her order said, “I can’t hear you with your mask on.” My daughter pulled the mask away from her face. She didn’t take it off. She started to repeat her order and the young lady yelled at her and said she couldn’t take her order because she took her mask off, which she didn’t do, and walked away. Last couple times we’ve ordered subway and they never put any condiments on the subs. I gave them one last chance tonight and still just meat and cheese. No oil, vinegar, Mayo or anything. I will for now on only eat fire house and Jersey mikes subs. Always happy with them.

This has always been my favorite location when I need to get 4-6 subs made with love. It been a while since I have eaten here & I'm not sure if my favorite sub make Erin still works here, but I went in today to get my subs & Kaylin wanted to rush through making my subs when I asked her to slowdown she told me their was other customers behind me asif I wasn't a paying customer & didn't seem to care rather my order was made correctly & pushed me off to the other team members...read full review
