Five stars for the food, it is as expected and same as all Zaxby’s. The service is terrible and has gotten worse every time I’ve visited over the last year. Can’t blame the employees, there is a lack of management it seems. The drive thru now is order with a person then park in a side lot where they bring you your food. i go here to get a zalad on my lunch break often & consistently they are good. in the drive thru i always get my utensils and dressing, if i sit inside it’s always clean. the people who work here are nice too.

I’m a big fan of zaxby’s but this location needs a lesson of food quality. Our boneless wings had barely any sauce. The toast was hard from sitting under the heat lamp for too long and the fries were brown from being re dipped in the grease. They forgot to put forks in the bag so we stopped at the gas station and grabbed some.
