It's the first time we went to this Dunkin' Donuts since we moved to South Carolina. We came from Southern Califirnia, where trust me, donuts are amazing. This visit was disappointing, but my husband purchased donuts at another Dunkin alone a few months ago.... same result. The donuts are so so. We were there today at 1 pm, and there was not a great selection. We purchased coffee - one reg, one decaf - the decaf was just ok. I was in this coffee shop today simply to work on my laptop. The employees who work here are spectacular, Monica Blake, Ashley Amanda are only a few names that I heard while my time in the coffee shop. Everyone was encouraging, one another working together, teamwork, reminding each other about orders and attention to detail. They were friendly to the customers, fast and efficient with their food. Having traveled quite a bit recently, I noticed this to be one of the best stocked stores I've seen. The works smiled and were pleasant. I gave 3 stars on the food not because of the store. They put out the quality you should expect from Dunkin'. 3 ? based on the company no longer making the donuts fresh in store any longer. So every Dunkin' gets this rating from me. However, what is different is how each store operates, and this one I ? ?
