“Fantastic and friendly service, food was so quick and yummy! I have a gluten allergy and our server was so knowledgeable and helpful. I was so happy to have the breakfast potatoes because they were made on the griddle instead of the fryer! :) I had the egg white omelette and it was great!”

“So we're in Charleston for my sons wedding and we decide to go out for Itallian, We looked at the reviews and this seemd like a good place to eat, but it wasnt good, It was GREAT.The food was delicious, the establishment was clean, and our waitress Carla, was like being in your own home. She laughed and joked with us and gave us a run down on the food and how it was prepared.By the end of the night The chef was at our table telling us stories from his time in Italy and dressed up some nice cannollis for desert.I cant imagine going back to charelston and not stoppiong in for dinner. So if your looking for a good meal, fair priced with service that makes you feel like your home. This is where you want to go, hands down”

“Delicious food. Had pork chops (3) with 3 sides (mashed potatoes, corn, and fried cabbage). Wife had fried chicken (3 pieces) with 3 sides (yams, collard greens, and Lima beans). Nothing canned that I could tell.”

“Put in your cowboy boots and ride on down to the Charleston-area's one and only honky tonk, a rare gem where line dancing takes center stage. I'd like dancing isn't your thing, you can also two-step, play pool, listen to live music, or catch the occasional mud-wrestling night. The food is better than you'd expect--as long as you stick to burgers, fries, and wings--and you won't find more reasonably-priced drinks outside of your living room. The staff are all friendly and the bartenders are a sight when they're dancing on the bar. It can get crowded on weekends, so secure your spot at the bar early!”

“The best local salvadoreño restaurant. This is NOT Mexican food! This is authentic food from El Salvador. Pupusas are amazing. Great place for food. They also have a grocery store there with Central American drinks, spices, chips, cookies.. etc.”

“El Paraiso Taqueria on Highway 78 in Ladson is a great place to go for delicious and flavorful tacos and much more. I really like the location and the many different items that they have available here. I have been happy with all of the orders that I have made from here and they have been well worth the visit”

“this place changed ownership and had their ups & downs, but the food is close to where it used to be.always fresh and good;the wait staff is trained well but the hush puppies are missing something- tell me i'm wrong**update**i went to high school with a guy named Mark Christian and if i remember, correctly- his parents owned or operated the ladson rd location. i think they moved and so i assumed ownership had changed. apologies for the misinformation and keep up the good work!!p.s. how about a friday & saturday special; fish & fries for $12.99 b4 5pm?(shrimp & fries or oyster po boy and fries too)”

“Snagged some tacos for lunch, chicken and steak, they were pretty good. They have a covered eating area, with walls, music, aaaaand a bathroom. I definitely suggest this place over El Paraiso down the road.Parking: A gravel lot shared with the mulch supply, plenty of room if the mulch place isnt busy.”
“Possibly one of the best food trucks I've ever eaten at. The fried chicken was crisp as glass and very well-seasoned, collard greens were perfect, and the honey corn bread was super soft and sweet. Must try.”
“Excellent classic bbq, the collards are phenomenal, the hash and rice are my favorite. Check their facebook page out for preorders, catering and to find out when the food truck is open(usuallu Saturdays).”

“The food is great as well as our server Paige. She was very welcoming and provided great service. The food was fresh, not to mention the view is great as our party ate outside for lunch. I would highly recommend to try this restaurant if you haven’t already.”
