“Small restaurant. We walked in at noon. The dining area was empty. My 1st instinct was to walk out. No customers = bad food right? WRONG! The Teraki chicken and steak was absolutely delicious! The crab Rangoon was amazing! I'm so glad we gave it a chance! We come to myrtle Beach twice a year. This restaurant will be added to our regular places to eat!“

“I love this place. The owner is a good guy who is happy to speak with the customers when he has the time. Great variety of Asian dishes. The Sushi has always been good, every single time I have gone. Many different rolls of varying sizes are available or they’ll make one up custom order. They also make some really good Thai meals that are my favorites of the Asian world. I don’t like them very hot to the taste but still some heat is good. I just tell them how I like it and that’s the way it comes out. I’ve never had to wait for a seat, always sat down right away. The decor has a little bit of that 70’s feel to it, kind of a little outdated but I think that’s what makes this place have some character over all the bland strip mall type restaurants in the area. The parking lot is a little tight for my truck but it’s never been much more than a slight annoyance fitting into a spot. They also have a small bar which is good for me when I’m by myself. Sugami is one of the better Asian restaurants in the Myrtle Beach area. Plus the prices aren’t terrible.“

“I don't know what happened to my last review, but this place is 100%. Can't give it enough credit for being THE best takeout hibachi in the area since they opened. The manager "Wicky" on the name tag, has made this place the best in the area. The original restaurant on 544 is good, don't get me wrong, but the prices here are a bit cheaper since it's take out and the food and staff are the best people around every time I come in. Online ordering options and ordering pads across from the register mounted on the wall for speed and convenience for every type of person. If you're here on vacation, try them out. Tasty, quick, convenient, and inexpensive 10 out of 10 hibachi entrees.“

“We come to the beach every year to celebrate the wife’s birthday. And her choice for birthday dinner is always Aquinos. They have best sushi around, hands down! Great combos and rolls. And of course Kirin Ichiban to wash it all down. Service is always top notch! We’ve had Isabella as our waitress the last two years and she has the nicest demeanor and offers stellar service. The sushi chefs are on top of their game as well preparing works of art for us to devour! See ya next year!“

“Hibachi88 is hands down the BEST Hibachi I’ve had in Horry county! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! The vegetables were cooked and still had a bite to them. The rice was tender but not mushy. The absolute STAR of my meal was hands down the Filet!! They cooked my filet to ABSOLUTE PERFECTION, the meat was melt in your mouth TENDER, packed FULL of FLAVOR and so JUICY! If I could give them 100 Stars I would but I suppose 5 stars will have to do! If you’re looking for an AMAZING meal, cooked to ABSOLUTE PERFECTION then Hibachi88 is without a doubt the place to go! Thanks for an AMAZING meal, I will definitely be back!!!“

“My wife and I moved into the area about 6 months ago. We decided to try Ginza and were blown away by the level of flavor for the price you pay. I am a huge ramen lover and at this point I have tried all of their ramen. Each one is very delicious and has some of the best broth I have ever had. My wife loves their combo bowls with steak and shrimp always cooked right. We have eaten there about 10 or so times and there have been no complaints.

However, last night I called in a pickup order for ramen and a steak and shrimp combo bowl. When we got home, they had accidentally give my wife chicken and steak. I called Ginza and they profusely apologized and let me know that they would make me a free steak and shrimp combo bowl. That level of customer service is something that even huge corporations fail to achieve at times.

TLDR: I cannot recommend Ginza enough. The food is excellent, their prices are more than fair, and the customer service is next level.“

“I have been coming here for almost 10 yrs. I have never once, been upset or disappointed with this place. The old owners were an adorable older couple, they knew every customer like their own family members. The new owners are starting on the same path. They made sure the new owners would love the town and shop like they did. The food is always good and super filling. The prices match and are completely reasonable. The shop itself is a small little hole in the wall, but don’t let that stop you. They get super busy and still manage to get orders right and flowing. I’d rather come here than most hibachi places around town. 10/10 love this place“
