“Really disappointed in this ruby Tuesdays.. when we first walked in, there was a bunch of wait staff just hanging out and talking to each other. A few walked up to the podium (as we were still standing there waiting to be seated) and told us to wait, that someone else would help us. ( that happened 3xs) while we were waiting to be seated I walked over to the salad bar to show my daughter how great ruby tuesdays salad bar is.. wrong! There was maybe a piece of wilted lettuce, barely and toppings, and it was a disgusting mess. Finally, we were seated.(the place was empty, maybe 5 tables were in use) Our waitress was sweet and got our drink and appetizer order. Our menus were sticky/ dirty and were missing pages. The table was gross and the salt shaker had food in it. We ordered our main course as our appetizer was brought to the table. Our waitress had extremely long nails that were in & on our appetizer. Of course, the same thing happened with our entrees. It was disgusting. We also watched all these other customers stand at the podium ( there was actually a line) for no reason other then your staff didn’t want to do their jobs. Your customers were not happy and were making comments. Finally our dinner came to the table. Not only did we have finger nails in our food, but the food was cold and disgusting.I have been in the restaurant business for a long time(management positions). Those long finger nails should not be allowed . This restaurant needs a revamp including new staff. We will not be returning. If you talk to anyone in the area, they will tell you not to eat here. Sad. We love ruby tuesdays, but, not this one.UPDATE: we decided to give Ruby Tuesdays a second chance last week… I felt like I was at a completely different restaurant. We were greeted with a smile, and sat immediately. The tables,seats, and menu’s were clean. Our server was the best waitress we’ve ever had in this town. Ms. Talina was friendly, helpful, attentive, and quick! Our food came out hot and delicious!Please give this restaurant a second chance, they have completely changed!We will most definitely be back!!!“
“I placed an online order for pickup on my way into work one morning and everything was great! My order was ready right when it was supposed to be and the lady who helped me was very friendly. My only complaint was that I didn't get an whipped cream for my pancakes.“
“If I go to sonic, its the best part of my day. This Sonic is truly incredible because of their hard working amiable workers, one of their waiters had on roller-skates and it truly made my day. Their burgers are mouth watering and so are their slushees. The ambiance at this sonic is heart lifting and encouraging. If I could live at sonic for free i'd still pay rent.“
“This was our first trip to a Cook Out and the wife and I were impressed with the speed and taste of the food. This is everything that other fast food places should be. Burgers are great, fries are great, the many options are fun. Glad we tried it!“
“In 2019 this restaurant was always busy,except for dinner. The dining room was always full at breakfast. This Hardee's hasn't had much business at all since the pandemic.The lady who used to make the biscuits isn't there anymore. So, the biscuits aren't as good as they used to be.Also, it's now expensive!!! Six dollars and change is a lot for a sausage and egg biscuits along with a medium cup of coffee.One more thing. The employees are pleasant, the dining room was clean and orderly, and the bathroom is always clean.“
“The drive through was very busy, so we ordered from inside. It still took a while, but the staff were definitely hustling. They did great amidst the upset customers at how long orders were taking. Frankly, I think they were simply really that busy.Our order was made just right. Absolutely no mistakes! Patience paid off, and we're so glad it all worked out.“
“Ordered a meal special sandwich with a Coke, nuggets, and onion rings.Window --No drink order, sandwich was wrong.The Whole order was wrong!Then looks at me like AM I the one who was pushing/inputting the order as I spoke it out to her after being asked to hold another 6-8 minutes once I actually got to where I could place my order to begin with.Food-- burger was wrongNo friesOnion rings were cold and hardChicken nuggets were also cold and hard.Total time waiting to order, wait to order, place my order, finally get to the window and Mgr at window, girl with head set at counter. Tell her again what I ordered. Told her I'd pay for the Coke, asked for ketchup several times told it was in the bag. Which, it was not, ended up having to ask 3 times for ketchup and napkins.Spent a Total of Over 45 MINUTES! To End up Not being able to EAT, and order was NOT what I ordered and wrong.I Hope it improves!“
“Wow, talk about impressed! From the moment I walked in I could hear the front counter lady talking to other customers with kindness, she was incredibly upbeat and was keeping waiting customers informed on their orders status. I wish I had got her name to shout her out specifically, as she was just wonderful! Our food was incredibly fresh and hot. Restaurant seemed clean over all. For a random stop on our road trip from Florida, I am so glad we waited till this location!“
“Good morning. I see a lot of people complaining about Wendy's in Walterboro. Last night my car broke down in their parking lot, caught on fire....my husband went to the door to ask someone to simply fill a bottle with water...Young man he handed the bottle to just kinda disappeared (so we thought) This young man (I'm on a mission to find out his name) took the time out of his very busy night to fill a huge bucket of water AND brought it out to us with zero complaining....So while yall are so fast to bash a place of business and their customer service because you had to wait a few extra minutes for a sandwich or thinking someone didn't speak to you exactly like you thought you deserved...Remember to a daughter (me) that just left her Mom at a funeral home, this small gesture meant everything.....This Young Man reminded me that WONDERFUL people still exist. ?“
“The food is so much bigger than you would expect. The double cheeseburger is huge. Though I will say that it was the cashier lady was a bit inattentive and even though I had placed an order ahead of time and more order was ready when I got there I was still waiting for almost 15 mins before I got my food. And for some odd reason even though I paid cash, there was a credit card tax added to my bill. But the food was good.“
