“While traveling we found Fat Jacks online and decided to try it. I prefer different places instead of the same ol same ol. The food was excellent and I highly recommend the Mushroom and Swiss Burger and the Chicken Sandwich. I was very upset how the Manager talked to the waitress simply because she accidentally made a mistake with how they billed us to the incorrect table or something of that matter. It was no big deal but I felt like he was berating her in front of customer and staff. I am in a business of customer service and if he felt like it needing attention, it should not be handled out in front of customers and other employees. This made me very uneasy and uncomfortable.”

“My spouse and I made a dinner stop here on our journey towards home from Florida. This was a random pit stop, and we're so glad we found this place. This Waffle House is the best location I've ever been to. The staff are the true gems of this restaurant. Ashley. C and April were such great servers. They are well mannered and very friendly. Alex was running the show at the grill, cooking single-handedly for an entire restaurant full of people. He was impressive to watch coordinating so many meals at once. Even being so busy, he'd check in with patrons behind him to see if everything was okay with their meals. I haven't seen this true, efficient, polite wholesome American service in years. They're genuinely pleasant, and it's so refreshing to see these team members working in sync with each other and happy while doing their jobs. We enjoyed our meals a lot. I ate the chicken hash brown bowl with onions, and my spouse had the bacon patty melt. Both meals were well portioned and reasonably priced. If we ever come back through this area, we'll definitely return.”

“The food is so much bigger than you would expect. The double cheeseburger is huge. Though I will say that it was the cashier lady was a bit inattentive and even though I had placed an order ahead of time and more order was ready when I got there I was still waiting for almost 15 mins before I got my food. And for some odd reason even though I paid cash, there was a credit card tax added to my bill. But the food was good.”

“They were busy, but it's like they punished us for asking for a table instead of a booth. Put us behind a wall and promptly Forgot about us. Lots of other places to choose from. They had no teamwork...everyone was only for themselves. not good.”

“This is an awesome, locally owned restaurant in Walterboro, South Carolina. The atmosphere is amazing. The folks working there are very professional and it is an exceptionally clean place. They put a lot of emphasis on the quality of the food served, and it is always very good. It is located downtown Walterboro on Main Street, otherwise known as Washington Street.”

“I loved this place.. I got the stuffed shells because I had been craving them after being away from home for 4 years and missing my mommas cooking.. so basically they had alot to live up to lol.. but they conquered!! I absolutely loved the meal and satisfied my craving. Plus we had the sweetest waitress/cashier ever.. we were in there at a busy time that evening but from what I could see no one was waiting for their food for an unreasonable amount of time. Everyone seemed pleased and the waitress was just a sweetheart to everyone. I don't come to walterboro often. (2nd time in 4 years) but when ever I do im pretty sure this is where I'll be eating while here.. and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting pizza or any other American Italian food!!”
