The employees are always friendly, but this is the SLOWEST Starbucks I've ever been to. Sat in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes... there was 1 car at the window and 3 in front of me.
Come in here almost every day, never had a problem with our drinks. “Abby”, was making my Frappuccino and walked away from her position, and stood outside talking to someone. She then had the cashier take over who didnt know how to make a Frappuccino. I went back to have it remade 2 times, the manger took care of us and made it amazingly? She got it handled instantly with no hesitation! Hated to make this review because our drinks are usually good,i hope she doesn't do this...read full review

I purchase drinks everyday from this Starbucks and 99% of the time they are wonderful and if not, I politely let them know. ( It’s happened a couple of times) I use the drive through and a lot of the time, the lines are long for a few reasons: 1. It's RIGHT off I-95, 2. It's popular and the only Starbucks for MILES around. 3. People don't know how to line up for the drive through.
