“I ordered online. Called an hour later to check the order status, it was getting ready to leave the store. However I was uncomfortable when I opened the door to the first thing the drive says to me is did I leave him a tip? I said yes. He continued by saying well he didn't have the slip for proof. I became threatened and gave him 5 more dollars as it felt uncomfortable. I will not be ordering there 😒 anymore.”

“OTR Driver.If you are looking for Arctic Ice Co for pickup - this is it. The place looked kind of abandoned when I got there - but there was a guy inside who loaded me within 30 minutes. Be careful with the weight though, turns out ice is heavy - I did ask him to load me (Single-Double-Single) pattern and that saved me. Went to Loves nearby and was around 33.800 on Drives. Just try to make the nose of the trailer light is my point.”

“Dean is amazing- polite- and always a joy when working…. When Dean is not working, much less enthusiastic employees. Dean always ensures our order is correct before handing it out the window as well as repeats the order at the window. Tonight, for the second time, we were surprised to see our curly fries that we ordered, topping straight fries that we didn’t order, to fill the container. We sure would have waited for fresh fries to get what we ordered… Be a Dean… give the customer what they ordered after verifying the order twice. P.S. no one is fooled by the curly fries on top of the old straight fries you should have tossed a long time ago. P.S.S. Can Dean start training your new hires on Drive Thru please?”

“Pretty good McDonald's! The food was great! Fries were delicious. The Spicy McChicken was yummy, nice amount of mayo (some have a habit of putting way too much). Nothing wrong with the atmosphere, nothing exceptional tho. We used the kiosk to order, so I can't really attest to the service... Food came out in a decent amount of time, I guess, again nothing exceptional. Definitely one of the better McDonald's lately.”

“The store is always clean, employees are nice and friendly. Every time we stop in to get the cookies the service is quick. Cookies are always tasty and available. I am glad they have the weekly cookies available to view in regular and mini size. So it gives a chance to preview before purchasing. I also can’t wait for future cookies to drop. I am so happy the app lets us see what’s coming soon.”

“Service was great from the hostess to servers. The two others with me had steaks, good flavor but prefer a thicker cut instead of thin cut that looks bigger. Had the salmon and it was very good. One had the brussel sprouts that had maybe 3 slices and the rest was burnt, loose leaves. Manager blamed it on the supplier, if that is the issue then remove it from menu, there were at least two other items not available.”

“We used to go to the southside location but recently started going to the north location. The overall vibe feels more laid back, the folks working seem more chill, and Stephanie (the “mean old lady” haha, her joking words) was super nice and I saw and heard her interacting with other guests, many of whom she seemed to recognize which is always a lovely thing to see when employees recognize customers and can build that relationship with them. While we’ve never had true complaints at the southside location, we do prefer the north side one and will absolutely be back!”

“I would recommend the Texas Roadhouse Salmon dinner with the choice of salad and their in house French dressing it's incredible as well as their green beans yum. The Rapid City , SD Wait staff are always amazing and helpful as well as all the staff from beginning to the end. The food is always cooked to perfection and delicious. Thank you to all the staff for your amazing hard work in keeping myself and my family wanting to come back for more.”

Didn't care for ANY of the beers, but be sure to ask because they also have ciders that are great and sodas that are great but they aren't on the board so we didn't know about them until we were getting ready to leave. If we didn't see someone else with one and ask what they were drinking, we would have left and not come back. They actually have a large selection of both.”

“We have a regularly scheduled date for a chicken, bacon, artichoke pizza, thin crust. We’re watching calories and this is pretty reasonable. I haven’t quite gotten the hang of getting the center bottom crust done but the flavor is so good I don’t care.”
