“We stopped here while on vacation for lunch. The food was great! we tried the Blueberry Beer and it was awesome! I don't typically like beer so this was really good! We sat outside and it was beautiful. There was only one guy working the counter and he was not extremely attentive. Otherwise we enjoyed everything!”

“We had a blast coming here for Sturgis! They made us feel right at home. Will be back and highly recommend.”
“The service was exceptionally friendly. Our server was from Mongolia. she is studying for dentistry. Very polite and kind young lady. We would come back!”
“Hands down the best breakfast in the Keystone area and it won’t break the bank. The gravy is the best we have seen in a long while, and takes any dish with it to the next level. So the Biscuits and Gravy are a sure win. For those that like Corned Beef Hash, will know theirs came from a can, but everything they do after with the Skillet Meal after the can isn’t. We will be going back tomorrow.”

“We got there just a few minutes before they closed. Maps said they closed at 10, but they closed as soon as they were done making our order at 9:05. Staff was very kind, especially considering they were ready to close.”

“For a meal at one of South Dakota’s biggest tourist stops, this was a pleasant surprise.
We ordered the pepperoni flatbread pizza, and it made for an easy, satisfying lunch while visiting Mount Rushmore. Plenty of pepperoni, a good amount of cheese, and a crisp flatbread-style crust.
Prices were pretty reasonable too, especially considering you’re eating inside a major tourist attraction where the “tourist tax” can sometimes strike harder than the dark side.
There’s a large amount of indoor seating, plus outdoor tables for those days when the Black Hills weather cooperates. The marketplace also has a decent variety of other options, so groups with different tastes should be able to find something.
Convenient, reasonably priced, and a solid place to recharge before continuing your Mount Rushmore adventure.”
“This was a wonderful place to have dinner about 5 minutes drive from Mt. Rushmore and right up the street from our hotel.
The food was delicious and very fresh. We split a salad and a Farm burger. We did feel we could each had a burger because it wasn't quite big enough for two but worked well with the salad and waffle fries. Both were delicious and definitely would go back next time we're in the area. They also had very fresh, real lemonade that was very refreshing with the heat outside and not too sweet.
We had wonderful service from the very friendly staff. Our hostess Nerine was so lovely. She was so kind and we had a lovely conversation about where she had worked throughout the US including my Mom's hometown in Wisconsin. We also enjoyed the conversation and service of our waitress Rachel.”

“They ran out of gluten free pizza crust. I asked if they could make me a crustless pizza and he said he never had but would give it a try. It was fantastic!!. Perfect amount of toppings and gooey cheese. Didn't miss the crust at all!”

“Went here three times during our stay in Keystone. Huckleberry ice cream was excellent and their chocolate ice cream was second only to our local (Delaware) Woodside Creamery, which I know I’m biased about! Salted caramel chocolate was excellent too. Do yourself a favour and visit here!”

“Had a great time. worked hard and found gold in every pan. Highly recommend trying the full day at the claim . very freindly and taught us a lot. Brought us lunch and got to meet the " guard" dogs. Good dogs and very well behaved. Thank you for a fun day.”
“Amazing stay in #12, so peaceful. Everything was as described & near so many attractions yet set apart enough to enjoy the serenity of the Black Hills. Would highly recommend!”

“The beer was fantastic, the bison dogs were even better and the owners were the best. They were extremely busy but made you feel like the only customer there!”
“LOVE this brewery. So chill, dog friendly, kid friendly, it’s a black hills vibe. Nilla Wafers w Atiitude gives me my 90s childhood summer nostalgia and the grass, cool breeze and board games complete my life. Give it a go next time you’re in hill city ;)”

“Reservations required for dinner. Restaurant had a nice dinner selection and unique menu options. Our server Jimmy was very nice. A slow paced experience with a upscale feel. Plenty of choices for kids as well. The rolls and salad prior to dinner were delicious. We had the duck and walleye and highly recommend both. We would return again for the meal selection as well as the service. We were staying in the Lodge and it was nice to have a great option for dinner nearby.”

“Place has change over the years. People working there seem like they do not want to be there. We always eat here when visiting Custer, but this year felt different everything seemed so quiet and odd. We do love the view to the lake and we will always be back.”
“This was a great find right next to the Stables at Palmer Gulch where my family did a trail ride. We were seated right away by friendly staff and our food came quite quickly as well. The food was very good. Between our family members (2 adults and kids ages 17, 14 and 11) we got Philly Cheesesteak, chicken bacon ranch wraps, and a beer burger with a variety of sides. We were pleased with the convenience of being right next to the stables and the quantity and quality of the food. It sustained us for the hikes we did in Custer State Park. Our bill plus tip was just over $100 for the 5 of us.”
“Three Forks Bar and Grille has the best burgers, fries and sliders! Fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions and Pickles on the side.”

“If I was a local this would be my go to place for relaxed eating. The food is top notch and the host is very personable. Sent a couple from the hotel and he thanked me for the tip and he said food was excellent. Thanks again Gary & Wanda”
