Came in with my mom. There was a guy by the name of Kyle there. From the start of getting our order, making sure we had what we needed he was very helpful my mother had dealing with some stressful things and Kyle’s kindness made her smile. She told me he’s a nice young man. The food was hot and good. I’m thankful to see guys like this working in management. I told him personally, I appreciate him.
If you love Arby's, the food is a expected unless you're there after 9pm because your pregnant wife was craving it. The final crew of the night clearly don't like their job and will take it out on your order by skipping the cheddar on your beef and cheddar.
This location is always hit or miss. They never have cars pull forward, so often if there's a big order ahead of you your food will be cold by the time you get it. Often they are out of roast beef, which is the best thing on their menu.
