I had a burnt bun the supervisor or manager said all buns r like that well the bottom wasn't burnt and my husband's was a light brown she had attitude didn't said im sorry just gave me another bun
Jan 2024 Good food and mostly satisfied until our sandwich was made wrong. Ordered two double sandwiches but ended one single and one double. After bringing it up to their attention the mistake, a few minutes later, they served us a single patty (without cheese) for me to just add it on. Feels unprofessional service correcting their mistake. In the end, we just added the patty to a double making it look like we had a special Culver's triple sandwich

My son wanted to get me fish for dinner after he picked me up from the hospital and we stopped art Arbys to find out they no longer serve fish. He then drove across town to Culvers and ordered me a 3piece cod dinner. It was delicious, flaky, crispy, and steaming hot. He asked me to save him a bite and I did. He said it was the best fish he ever had.
