“Atmosphere is a bit underwhelming. Clean and simple sub shop without frills. Service is a little bottlenecked by having the person taking orders also cutting meat and bread to order but everyone worked at a good pace, spent less than 5 minutes in line with maybe another 5 in cook time since I had a hot dish. The food was absolutely delicious, though! Had the Big Kahuna (chicken). Peppers, mushrooms, onions, and jalapeños on the griddle with shredded chicken and some this really melty white American cheese that blends in and is sooo good but I wish jalapeños were much, much hotter. Sortve typical of a deli, they had a bit of pepper flavor but not even a hint of spiceVegetarian options: There are only a few vegetarian options (though that doesn't bother me) but they looked very tasty. If it weren't for their better sounding meat dishes always catching my attention I'd totally try one“
“Jimmy John’s is one of our go tos for a fresh sandwich on the go or in a time crunch. The sandwiches are always super fresh and ready quickly. The ability to order ahead and pick, order to go, or dine in gives a wide variety depending on your schedule. I like using the ability to order in the app or save points to be a little more savvy. The service is always pleasant and the restaurant is clean. The restaurant features decor of signs of wise words and clever sayings. A couple of our favorite sandwiches are the #8 and the #14. I have the #14 and have them run it through the garden/ add all the veggies and add a little vinegar and oil to the number .Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available. The unwise is a great addition as an option as well.Parking: The restaurant shares parking lot spaces with other area businesses.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu options available.“
“Food is good, staff was professional, but seemed like they all hated their lives. The place was clean and empty. Pretty sure the dollar store next door was being robbed while we were there. The food is expensive - bend over and breathe deep.Parking: Always open parking in this lot.“
“It’s April 17 at 6:15pm. Just moved to Rapid city from Tuscaloosa Alabama for work. I come here every day and this manager and crew is the best. They’re all fantastic but this crew is lighting fast and awesome to deal with. Five stars all the way. See u guys tomorrow. Could not be happier.“
“I had avoided Subway for a few months- it seemed like the employees were not well trained and sandwiched were sloppily made. A few weeks ago I decided to give it another try and am glad I did! I have been back on 3 separate occasions now and have been happy with the customer service and food! I hope these standards continue!“
“Today there were 2 people that I greatly appreciated at this location. Unfortunately one of my sandwiches was made COMPLETELY wrong. When I started my lunch break at work is when I noticed. The main girl there after Alex left for the day remade my sandwich with no problems and personally made sure it was made properly. It was delicious and I greatly appreciate her doing that. She was so friendly and a great employee...i can't remember her name and I apologize for that so I hope she knows who she is. She wasn't rude or snarky about making it right. “Guy was by himself but still hammered out an online order and my two footlongs within 8 minutes. Chicken was good. I wish the cheese was a little bit more melted on 'The Monster's but other than that, good customer service. good food.“
“We noticed this is the only Subway with a good rating on Yelp so we went here and it did not disappoint. Our server, Sheri, was gracious and patient with my kiddos deciding what they wanted on their ham and cheese. We will definitely go here again and encourage anyone who wants subs in Rapid City to go here too!“
“Well, I suppose my sub was a wrap, but it was delicious. Yum. Southwest steak and cheese wrap. A bit large for me, but I did finish. Wraps tend to be equal to footlong with slightly less bread so it makes for a big meal. Loved mine with a cup of brocholli cheese soup. My wife enjoyed her Italian cold cut with chips as well.“
“I have to give the biggest shout out to Pauly's Pizzeria & Sub Co.! Brian, the owner, took a huge part of his day to personally call me regarding a question I had emailed. He not only address my question, but researched and tested the pizza machine he built to make sure it was running correctly. He sent me pictures of his test pizzas and called me again to go over ingredients of the things I order. Sadly, some of the ingredients on my pizza are corn related (my allergy) and it's been making me sick.Brian AGAIN went out of his way to research his other products to make sure I still had something I could order without getting ill. I am beyond impressed with that level of customer service and highly encourage everyone to support this local business.“
