After a day of experiencing the Buffalo Roundup at Custer State Park, we headed back to where we were staying in Rapid City. We were quite famished, and happened upon Shipwrecks Bar and Grill so we decided to stop to get a couple beers and a bite to eat. My husband had a cheeseburger with fries and I had fish and chips. We came to Shipwrecks largely because it was close to Hart Rv Park and allowed us to bring our dog onto the patio. The owners bought it two years ago, and were present and helpful both nights we went. They even have a dog menu. It is an older building, very clean, very attentive staff. The food was all good, especially the burger and the Rueben sandwich. Both large portions! Even the side salad with French dressing was nicely done.
