I like Arby's. Because when I go to Taco and get two ideas from them for my wife at 14+tax and only have to pay 6+taxes. Arby's is the best place to go over all .

Went through the drive thru and started ordering and Kyle was very rude and disrespectful. He sounded like he didn’t even want to be there and when i got to the window he gave me a bad look as if i shouldn’t have been getting arby’s in the first place. I love arby’s, it’s one of my favorite places to eat. Seeing and hearing someone act like kyle did is unacceptable.

Went and got food was suppose to be 3 items in one bag. Got my bag went all the way home just to discoever they are missing two items and went back and had to grab that. Not to mention when I walked in there they all gave me the death glare both times and the GM answered the phone in a rude tone. Save your money and id say find fast food that has positive vibes

I ordered a Goodburger thru drive; the menu board had the option of either the sandwich itself, or the meal. I ordered the sandwich only, no onions. When I got to the window, I was charged for a meal. When I advised the worker it was just the sandwich with no onion, he I sisted they only come in a mean...I corrected him and said the menu board gives the option for the sandwich only, for $6.99. He fixed it but when I got home and opened my sandwich there were onions on it. As I am allergic to raw onions, I wasn't able.to eat it.Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to raw onions and my sandwich still had them after I ordered it without.

The Watertown Arby's is decent fast food restaurant in a convenient location. We found the service to be very quick, the food was hot and tasted good, and the facility was clean (older, but spotless restrooms).The front counter staff wasn't super friendly and didn't make eye contact or thank us for stopping. We didn't ring the bell for excellent service. Also, customers here tend to crowd around the front counter and hover over other people's food.Kid-friendliness: Small but decent kids menu

Very busy at lunch time. We ate in and only waited maybe five minutes for our order. Food and service was very good. We have eaten here in the past that's why we came back. Also they have a huge parking lot so no problem parking our RV.
