“We took our daughter to The Keg for her 22nd birthday supper. We made a reservation through the Open Table app. We greeted by a hostess who confirmed our reservation and promptly seated us at our table. Reid was there almost immediately to begin the evening. He was very nice and professional. From drinks to appies to main course to the offering of a complimentary bday dessert everything was quite nice. We come to The Keg a couple of times per year for special occasions. And we will continue to do so.“
“Hi Leanne !!! I stopped bu Thursday Feb 22 afternoon around 4 to pick up orders for my Wife and I. Always such a pleasure to see and talk to you. Your Fish and chips were absotolutely delicious like always. In this fast changing World we live in Gibsons Fish and Chips has stayed true to its couse. Been having it for at least the last 40 years. I loved your small resteraunt in the Cumberland Shopping Centre. Your new place is very nice as well. We haven't had the pleasure of dining inside. Being from out of town (Marshall, Sask) we usually just get takeout. And the awesome Fish and Chips comes wrapped in news paper. Same as it always did !!! Lol. “Excellent meal , waiter was very good, the appetizers were delicious and served hot. The entrees were delicious but not quite as warm as expected. This was a Saturday evening, and the restaurant was full. It’s not an inexpensive restaurant, but the quality is excellent.“
“Sardinia's is a great place to eat. Years ago I would come with my family and now it is a frequent restaurant for my own little family. The staff(family) are absolutely amazing and it shows forth into their business. There is a genuine camaraderie which is one of the many reason we love this place. Apart from the staff and service being great, the food is also amazing. Menu has something for everyone, we've tried a little of everything and all have great flavors. Portions are great, you definitely not go home hungry and at a great value! They also have a nice list of desserts...we usually take them to go because we can't resist even after being full. Lastly, I will add iv been to the restaurant before and after a rush and the staff and kitchen keep the flow going better than any other restaurant in the city hands down.Dietary restrictions: They have another menu for those with dietary restrictions I used when I was pregnant.Kid-friendliness: High chairs and boosters available. “I really like going to Red Lobster, the food is delicious, the cheese biscuits are out of this world, the service tends to be pretty good, but the price is just ludacris.Admittedly, I know nothing about the seafood market, but there's just no way I can feasibly eat here more than once per decade. Not when Saskatoon is full of restaurants that will get you a great meal, in a better-looking restaurant, for less.Eating out is already expensive, and a treat, Red Lobster, even more so...“
“Food is "AWESOME" , Nice method of preparayion with perfect blend of spices. Proper Hygine is maintained, customer's satisfaction is their motto. Please ignore few downgraded reviews. “Amazing anniversary dinner!We recently enjoyed an unreal anniversary dinner at Chop. Service was quick & friendly, and there seemed to be an abundance of staff milling around and delivering drinks and meals and checking in - we never felt neglected for sure!I appreciated that within 5 minutes of ordering, during which I mentioned I have a gluten allergy, a small free plate of gluten free bread and a goat cheese dip was brought over as a "thank you" on the house for our first visit to Chop.Cocktails were very tasty (some sort of peach bourbon iced tea?) and the furious fries were outrageously good.Our steaks were very tasty (my medium rare was closer to a medium but the flavour was great) and the mashed potatoes were especially notable. We shared a creme brulee for dessert (too bad no seasonal flavors were available this time, just plain) which had a thoughtful touch of a "happy anniversary" message written. As we got the bill we were also gifted a gift card for the goat cheese dip next visit and an anniversary card signed by staff which was a first for me!It seems like the restaurant and management is going above and beyond to make someone's first visit or special occasion a memorable experience - I'm curious how that is for regulars or repeats! As someone who has worked in all sorts of restaurants, the coordination of info from front of house to kitchen was outstanding and we are quite looking forward to our next dining experience.The restaurant was much busier than I expected for a random Wednesday, I'm glad we had made a reservation!“
