Staff was kind during pick up but definitely ready to go home. Food was made promptly but when a customer pays as much as they do for a 32 piece parmesan bite order and receive a 16 piece it diminishes the experience. If a 16 piece would've been enough for the group we would've used the rewards points to get them for free. Instead got the biggest one with 2 amazing cheese dips with excitement. Came in to pick up a carry out order today around lunch and the service was excellent. I’m sad I missed their names, but the pair working were friendly, polite, and got me my food quickly. Thanks you two!
