Hardee's in Cleveland

“My family and I just stopped at this Hardee's location during our end of summer road trip. We were greeted by a young lady who looked nervous and made a few errors when ringing up our order. She fearfully told us that she was new and still getting the hang of things.

This review is to say that my family and I really appreciate the transparency, and the way the other team members rallied around her for support and made sure things went smoothly. In the end, we got our food hot, fresh, and delicious. We are thankful to have been a part of their team experience, and we thank them for a job well done!“

“Teresa on day shift has the most amazing customer service, she is very genuine, and friendly. She made me feel like I was at home, and not at a fast food restaurant. She deserves a raise, or at least some type of reassurance that she is doing a great job. The curly short haired lady, RUDE. Anyway thank you Teresa for the making my day, I hope to see you again!“

“One of the best Hardee's locations you will find these days. I wish our local Hardee's was as good as this one was. You can tell they are good and on top of things because the line was around the building and it moved quickly. Solid breakfast service.“

“Hardee’s, known for its hearty breakfast offerings, has a standout item in their Biscuits with Gravy. I get it every single time im craving breakfast. These biscuits are freshly made - so im told. The biscuits are fluffy and delicious, which makes them perfect for that savory gravy. The gravy itself is flavorful, with a balance of spices and creaminess that's (better than momma's gravy). But I didn't say that.“
