“My first job was with Dairy Queen in 1984. We had great ownership and management (I was a manager). Here are some things I noticed during today's evening meal.I was greeted within a few seconds after entering the store. The person who greeted me also took my order, and was well groomed, smiled, and was quick, upbeat, and courteous. He repeated my order back to me, which is a good thing in my opinion.The store was clean, including the soda fountain. Condiments and napkins were stocked, the bathroom was clean, and the owner and employees were all positive and professional in their demeanor and in their conversation. The food was hot and fresh, and brought to my table by a friendly employee. I've watched the owner in action and believe that she is and will continue to provide a great place to eat in our town.Forget fast food. It's good food, served fast.“
