“Great pizza and friendly staff. Great place to stop for a delicious pizza pie. We got the super classic and it was yummy! Be sure and save room for ice cream!!Parking: Parking on side limited to about 10 spaces but there is also street parking as well as lot parking within a short walking distance“
“My husband and I stopped here as it was highly recommended by some friends. We placed a to-go order, and the food was prepared pretty quickly. I love nutella and strawberries, so I always gravitate towards that flavor of crepe, and my husband got a siracha and chicken crepe. Had we stayed to dine in, we probably would have hungout on the old London double-decker school bus. The atmosphere inside was cozy and nicely decorated. Parking was a bit hard to navigate as it's a shared parking lot with other businesses in the area. Street parking was available, but with having a to-go order we didn't want to deal with that hastle. The food was delicious, and we definitely recommend stopping here!Parking: We came at lunchtime and the parking lot was pretty busy and hard to navigate.“
“I had the orange and cream milkshake. Also someone else with me had to he NSA turtle sundae. Both were great. Very unique place for ice cream. Very friendly service. It's a small business that I highly recommend with very friendly service.“
“Fantastic ice cream and sorbet! Had to go twice while in town for the weekend. Customer service was great even with the line out the door during our first visit. Selection of flavors is excellent, with both dairy and non-dairy options being delicious. The strawberry hibiscus sorbet and London fog ice cream were standouts.Dietary restrictions: Multiple dairy-free options available, suitable for those with lactose intolerance or who are vegan!“
“We arrived as the shop was locking up at closing time, and the owners kindly invited us in and said they didn’t want to disappoint our kids. They did not rush us even though they were staying late to take care of us, and this really made a special experience for our family on our trip to “
“i work from home so i don’t get coffee out and about that often anymore but if i feel like having something a little more special than my at-home coffee i really like coming here. i’m not much of a coffee snob and i think if this place more for “treat” type coffee rather than “the working man’s” cup of coffee if you know what i mean, but it’s not over-the-top i-can-feel-a-cavity-forming sweet, and they’re really good about adjusting the sweetness level if you ask. honestly i didn’t feel compelled to write a review because of the coffee as much as i do because of the service. i’ve been here about a dozen times - maybe more - at times ranging from 5am to late afternoon and even though i’ve had a different barista almost every time, the people working here are always ~particularly~ nice. i wonder if it’s all the caffeine lol. anyway, always a pleasant experience and the blended chai tea latte (+ espresso shot) is delicious, would recommend.“
“Great ice cream. Especially the Dark Chocolate Graham Crunch:Indulge in dark chocolate ice cream with golden graham swirls and chocolate covered krispies for the added sweet and salty crunch.&Death By Chocolate:Made with Hershey’s Special Dark® Ice Cream, chocolate chunks, chocolate krispies and brownie bites.&Galaxy:Ice Cream homemade with malted butter fudge and caramel for an out of this world, or out of this universe, flavor!“
“Fantastic ice cream and customer service.Note: To the parents of the year who decided to push through everyone with your two kids while we were still being helped because you can't wait 3 minutes for the staff to make an ice cream cone and your time is more important than everyone else, I hope this finds you. Not only did you push past everyone waiting to see what flavors you wanted and ordered before others who were there way before you, you then decided to eat your ice cream on the steps outside blocking people from using them. What are you teaching your kids? I suggest having a little self awareness and thoughtfulness to other people so we can all enjoy things. The world doesn't revolve around you.“
“Highly recommend the royal sundae. The service was friendly and fast. The ice cream itself wasn't particularly special in my opinion, but the toppings and blondie made it fantastic. I took off a star for being overpriced imo ($17 for a shared sundae)“
“Quiet and quant .. we stopped with a group of 12 with pre-booked tickets for the tour. It lasted maybe 30 minutes. Parking was free and many good photo ops along the way.During the tour we were given the process and history of Mayfield and how many milk bottles they fill each day. Pretty amazing place. Hard working staff and a free scoop of ice cream at the end.“
“Late night sweets cravings! So glad they were open late, and there were a good amount of people inside at 10pm! Our scooper was AWESOME, I wish I knew her name so I could give her a shout out! Quick and kind service, and good vibes. We both had a hot fudge sundae, and it's very yummy. More expensive than a plain shop, but worth it for the experience and the cool flavors!“
“Always a nice place to stop when visiting Chattanooga. Delectable ice cream with a wide variety of flavors and additions.Parking: This spot is located in an area of town that doesn't have much parking space. Extremely walkable area though. Park your car somewhere and get a ride over or just walk.“
“If you’re on the Northshore or hanging out at Coolidge park, you have to check this place out! The owner always has a smile on his face and he works so hard everyday! It may not look like much compared to some of the bigger spots nearby, but the way you feel when you walk away from Mr. Bill’s cannot be replicated at the bigger stores!“
“Unusually friendly and patient service and delicious sorbet in a suburban location just off I-75. For a place staffed almost entirely by teens I really can't say enough about the service and products. The only negative is the parking lot, which is tiny and appears to have been used for test-bombing by the Air Force.“
“Me and my husband ate Crumbl cookies for the first time the other day. This location only had 6 flavors when I went. I expected more choices but these cookies were still the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life. Also… there were two girls working there when we went and they both had the best customer service skills I’ve seen in a long time. They were so nice and so welcoming. This place was so busy when we went but both of them were still so friendly and patient with each person. We visited this place on March 9th in the evening. I wish I would have got their names so I could mention them. Whichever girls were there working during this time need some recognition because they deserve it! Excellent place to get dessert!“
