Always been a family favorite. We stopped in for lunch and saw the sign for the Big Game Burger, so we ordered it and a Smokehouse Brisket.The Big Game Burger was a full-size burger, not the shrink-flated kind at many fast food restaurants. The burger is a combination of elk, venison, and beef. The sandwich had Swiss cheese, pickles, and a dark cherry steak sauce on it. It was tasty but drier than I prefer. Usually i am satisfied with the service and the food. Today i dont know if they were short handed and trying to do all the jobs, short bread or had new people, but my 4 sandwiches were not made on the right buns. Believe it or not, completely changed the taste of those sandwiches. That is something i, as a customer, would love to know ahead of time when ordering sandwiches.
